When reporting a calculator issue, include the calculator name, selected AWS Region and the configuration that produced the result. Do not email AWS credentials, secret keys, billing exports or other sensitive account data.
Pricing questions
We can clarify what a displayed line item means and investigate a suspected catalog mismatch. Account-specific bills, private pricing and contractual discounts must be reviewed with AWS or your authorized advisor.
